Top Priorities for Manchester

The everyday things matter. My priorities focus on strengthening community connection, improving safety, and ensuring city government works transparently with residents.

The Work Ahead

  • Community Connection

Strengthening community connections is essential to building a vibrant Manchester. I believe in creating opportunities that bring neighbors together and celebrate the full beauty and diversity of our community. By supporting events, shared spaces, and inclusive engagement, we can showcase what makes Manchester special; not only for residents, but for neighboring communities and beyond.

  • Safe Streets & Neighborhoods

Everyone deserves to feel safe and connected in their neighborhood. I support practical approaches that improve everyday quality of life by making our streets and public spaces safer and more responsive to residents’ needs. This includes visible safety efforts, walkable neighborhoods, and community-based solutions that help residents feel heard, supported, and secure.

  • Responsive Government

Strong communities depend on strong communication between residents and city leadership. I am committed to bringing a responsive, transparent approach to city government, while also aligning tax impact. When leadership shows up, listens, and follows through, we can address concerns more effectively and create practical solutions that benefit families, seniors, businesses, and neighborhoods across Manchester.

“The everyday issues matter — safe neighborhoods, strong connections, and a city government that listens.”

Expanded Priorities

Community Connection

Strong communities are built through relationships. I want to help create more opportunities for neighbors to connect, participate, and celebrate what makes Manchester special. By supporting community events, inclusive engagement, and shared public spaces, we can highlight the full beauty and diversity of our community for residents, neighboring cities, and visitors alike.

Safety for Our Streets and Neighborhoods

Everyone deserves to feel safe and supported where they live. I support practical approaches that improve everyday quality of life by creating a safer, more responsive community. This includes visible safety efforts, walkable neighborhoods, and community-based solutions that help residents feel heard, connected, and confident in their surroundings.

Responsive & Transparent City Government

Residents deserve a city government that listens, communicates clearly, and represents their voices. I believe in a responsive approach to leadership grounded in resident representation, open communication, and transparency. When residents know what is happening in their city and feel included in the process, concerns can be addressed more quickly, and solutions become stronger. Leadership means showing up, listening, and following through.

Why I’m Qualified

I am prepared to serve as Alderwoman because I bring a combination of lived experience, professional expertise, and a deep commitment to the Manchester community.

As a parent raising two boys in Manchester, I bring a family-centered perspective to my priorities. Living and volunteering in this community has given me insight into the daily realities residents face and the importance of ensuring that every voice is heard.

Professionally, my background in finance and compliance has equipped me with skills that are especially valuable in local government.

  • Accountability: ensuring systems and processes work as intended

  • Transparency: communicating clearly and documenting decisions

  • Attention to detail: identifying issues early and preventing small problems from becoming larger ones

  • Process discipline: navigating regulations, oversight, and governance structures

  • Risk awareness: understanding how decisions affect residents, operations, and city resources

These strengths are essential when reviewing city budgets, evaluating contracts, shaping ordinances, and ensuring that the city follows through on its commitments.

My community involvement has also shaped my leadership. Through volunteering with several community organizations, I’ve seen firsthand how important responsive leadership is. Strong neighborhoods are built when residents participate, connect, and feel heard—including the voices of our children and teen residents.

An Alderwoman’s responsibility is to represent residents with clarity, integrity, and care. I believe leadership means engaging the community, building trust, and focusing on the practical needs that affect everyday life.

I’m ready to work to ensure Manchester remains a connected, responsive, and welcoming city for everyone who calls it home.

Manchester deserves leadership that listens, communicates openly, and focuses on the everyday issues that affect our quality of life.

If you believe in stronger community connections, safer neighborhoods, and a city government that works with residents, I would be honored to earn your support.

Together, we can move Manchester forward.
